RECTORS’ FORMATION – AFC-ACC-AGL
Another formation program in French was organized by SAFCAM at DBYES Nairobi for 6 Rectors. The workshop was held from January 22nd to 28th. Among the participants, 4 came from AFC, 1 from ACC and 1 from AGL.
The formation was mainly based on the Rector’s Manual, “Animating and governing the community. The ministry of the Salesian Rector”. Some other aspects of mental health and spiritual accompaniment were also taught. Frequent moments of sharing among the participants and SAFCAM team were enriched and fruitful times. The Rectors enjoyed the formation.
