Abortion is the Leading Cause of Death During COVID, Killing 76 Million People Worldwide

Every second of every day, unborn babies all across the world are being killed in abortions.

And while other tragedies, including COVID-19, heart disease, cancer, traffic accidents and more also are killing human beings daily, abortion remains the leading – but rarely acknowledged – cause of death in the world.

Everywhere, people devote vast amounts of resources to preventing other causes of death.

For nearly two years, scientists, doctors, nurses and other people in the medical field have worked furiously to create vaccines and develop treatments to help patients recover and recover more quickly from COVID-19. Many more people have sacrificed worldwide, some losing businesses and jobs, closing schools and churches, etc. to combat the spread of the virus. Despite these on-going efforts, 5.1 million people still died of Covid, according to Worldometer.

Tragically, at the exact same time when so many have been striving to save lives from COVID and other causes, abortion activists have been pushing to do the opposite with abortion. They are openly calling for more abortions, more deaths of unborn babies even though abortion is by far the leading cause of death in the world.

Thus far in 2021 alone, Worldometer estimates there have been 38 million induced abortions across the world, or about 125,000 every day. The number is based on the latest statistics on worldwide abortions published by the World Health Organization.

In the United States alone, an estimated 2,465 unborn babies are killed in abortions daily, according to estimates from the (pro-abortion) Guttmacher Institute. Yet, there is not the same attention on their deaths as there is COVID or cancer or other causes.

With approximately 613 days since March 2020 when COVID began, that means over 76,625,000 people have died in abortions over the course of the nearly 2 years the pandemic has affected the world.

These abortions did not just cancel “pregnancies” or blobs of tissue or clumps of cells. They destroyed unique, living human beings – unborn babies with their own separate DNA and a beating heart. They also left as many women suffering regret forever.

This is basic biology, and even some abortionists admit that abortions kill human beings.

Whether from the coronavirus or abortion or another cause, every death marks the end of a unique, valuable human life that can never be replaced. And how much more tragic deaths are when they are preventable. People all across the world made sacrifices to save people from dying from COVID-19. If only more would do the same for unborn babies.
